Perhaps the smartest box you will ever invest in. Because for your baby, a pacifier is not necessarily 'just' a pacifier. I did not know that myself with my first child, and when I felt the time had come for a pacifier, it was too late. She would not take a single one. What I would have liked to know was that babies' sucking reflex is activated at a point in the baby's palate. And this point is located at different heights/depths/further back from baby to baby. Therefore, a round and very soft pacifier may be the right choice for some babies, while a flat or symmetrical one, perhaps in another material, may be the right choice for others. A size 1 pacifier may be the right choice for some, while a size 2 is actually better for other babies, even though it says 'from 6 months' 'on paper'.

Storage
Pacifiers should always be stored clean and dry, for example in a closed box or in a pacifier case. In particular, avoid placing them in direct sunlight or heat, as this may weaken the material. Also, do not sterilise the pacifier with anything other than boiled water.

Cleaning
Before using the pacifiers for the first time, pour boiling water over them and leave them to soak for 5 minutes. Do not boil the pacifiers. They should then be sterilised regularly by pouring boiling water over them.

Why is the nipple material clear on some pacifiers and matte on others? Natural rubber latex is a natural material with many good properties, such as softness, tensile strength and high resistance to bites. However, latex also has natural variations in the material that may be visible in the right light. Therefore, the nipple's appearance may vary in clarity and colour. However, this has no effect on the product's safety and quality.
