This SNS Tubing and Valve Replacement Kit is for the Medela Supplemental Nursing System. Supplemental Nursing System is a feeding tube device for giving babies long-term supplemental feedings at the breast.

• This kit does not include supplemental nursing system instructions. Refer to your SNS manual with questions.
• Medela provides this item to authorized dealers in bulk packaging - this item does not come sterilized.
• The use of this product with thick formula or formula that is not completely mixed may permanently clog the tubing.
• This item cannot be returned or exchanged.
