HOW TO USE

To apply the cream for sore nipples, simply wash your hands thoroughly then apply a pea-sized amount to the entire nipple area after each feed or as needed.

Also suitable for use while pregnant on dry, stretching skin - simply wash your hands thoroughly then apply a 10 pence sized amount to your bump, and rub in a gentle circular motion to moisturise and soothe your skin.
