Τρόπος χρήσης:

Συνιστάται η χρήση αντηλιακού εξωτερικά κάθε στιγμή, και ειδικά το καλοκαίρι ή όταν ο δείκτης UV είναι πολύ υψηλός. Το αντηλιακό πρέπει να εφαρμόζεται περίπου 15-20 λεπτά πριν βγείτε στον ήλιο και ο γενικός κανόνας είναι να χρησιμοποιείτε μια χούφτα αντηλιακό για να καλύψετε ολόκληρο το σώμα. Αυτή η αρχή ισχύει τόσο για ενήλικες όσο και για παιδιά. Είναι σημαντικό να εφαρμόζετε ξανά το αντηλιακό, ειδικά μετά το μπάνιο, το ντους ή την εφίδρωση. Συνιστάται να εφαρμόζετε αντηλιακό κάθε 2 ώρες περίπου, ανάλογα με τον τύπο του δέρματός σας, την ώρα της ημέρας και εάν κάνετε ηλιοθεραπεία ή είστε στη σκιά. Ένα «ανθεκτικό στο νερό» αντηλιακό θα σας επιτρέψει να κάνετε μπάνιο 2×20 λεπτά χωρίς να ξεθωριάζει η προστασία, αλλά μετά από αυτό το χρονικό διάστημα θα πρέπει να εφαρμόσετε ξανά το αντηλιακό για να παραμείνετε προστατευμένοι.

How to use:

It is recommended to use sunscreen outside at all times, though especially in the summer or when the UV index is very high. Sunscreen should be applied approximately 15-20 minutes before going out in the sun and the general rule is to use one handfull of sunscreen to cover the entire body. This principle goes for both adults and children. It is important to reapply sunscreen, especially after bathing, showering or sweating. It is recommended to reapply sunscreen app. every 2 hours, more or less depending on your skin type, the time of day and if you are sunbathing or in the shade. A “water resistant” sunscreen will allow you to bathe 2x20 minutes without the protection fading, but after that amount of time you should reapply sunscreen to stay protected.
